Towing America

Towing America picked up my car and instead of taking it to the repair shop 3 miles away as instructed they took it back to their location and went to pick up their boss from an accident. 2 hours later they delivered it to the repair shop. They towed it 40 miles round trip without my permission and delivered it late for a repair appointment. When called the answer was "he's the boss so if you don't like it too bad" WHAT!?!
