To whom it may concern,I have reviewed the consumers response and still don't understand how the consumer feels he is entitled to $16,when the difference between Mr***s previous loan and the new loan is $13,before his costs for the loan are deductedI have explained very thoroughly what was exactly done on the loan and at this point I have nothing left to sayWhen a client signs any paperwork it is there duty to make sure they completely understand what they are signing and if they are unsure of anything then they can either contact there loan consultant or anyone that they feel they can trust to assist them. Not myself or anyone in that matter can force someone to sign paperwork on anything they don't agree withBottomline the borrower signed the loan docs and had his day right of rescission to rethink and cancel if he chooses to and it's very clear that the client was ok with everything he signedMr*** was in direct contact with the escrow officer who was working on the file as well and not once did he request to cancelAgain if there is anything I can do personally to help please let me know

The email with the response was sent to me after the fact that I was not agreeing with the amount of the cash out, that [redacted] had promised on the phone and via text. Days prior to the signing of Docs I had told her that I had opted to go cash the bank checks that [redacted] and [redacted] had sent me for $15,000.00 each bank with no interest for one year. Mrs. [redacted] used very dishonest and unethical tactics to get my wife and I to sign the Final Documents. She on the phone with a female employee from the bank providing the loan, convinced me not to cash the above mentioned checks, and to proceed with the loan, because I was going to get a $16,000. 00 check. We, my wife and I would NOT HAVE SIGNED the Docs, for less then the $16,000.00 that [redacted] promised us. It's ridiculous to think that getting $10,000.00 and paying over $3,000.00 in fees, when my bank would have charged $300.00 for $15,000.00 a year. I have also taken still photographs of the texts that [redacted] sent me with time and dates of proof of what I mentioned above. I have the cash out checks at home and want the loan revered to "0" or [redacted] to fund me the other $6,000.00 dollars missing. Thank you [redacted]
I have been working with Tower Refi Inc. for the past 2 years and they refinanced 2 of my homes and helped me purchase my 3rd property. I am very pleased with the work they have done for me and I always refer them to my friends and family! Keep up the good job guy! :):)
