Review: This dry cleaning and laundry service mistakenly handed the wrong shirts. There were five high quality shirts with a new retail values of 60-90 per shirt. The five shirts that I received were of lower value and of the wrong size (16 neck and 32, full cut). I wear 15.5 neck and 32 sleeve, with a slim fit.

In response to my complaints when I returned the shirts, they responded by saying it was not their problem since I waited several weeks to return the shirts. In fact they started yelling at me in response to my measured inquiries as to how this unacceptable situation could be remedied.

They acknowledged that I received the wrong shirts, but said that I was to blame since I didn't return them promptly. hat pushback is fair as I'm often on the road traveling, but they did have my phone number and other contact information, assuming the other ill served customer didn't get their shirts either....

Overall, they offered no compensation and/or return of the original shirt wash/press fee of roughly $11-12.

I found their response and attitude to be very unprofessional. Oddly, they kept asking about my race.Desired Settlement: I wish to be compensated for the replacement value of my five shirts, with some reasonable adjustment for the fact that they were not new. I also want my laundry fee refunded. Ideally, I want this business to make a good faith effort to have my original shirts returned to me. It seems that they didn't even try, instead they attempted to intimidate me with their aggressive response that it was all my fault. Really unusual attitude from a service business.
