The repairs were not made in a satisfactory time. The door man released personal information of mine to someone. Unsafe place as such
Dear Ms.:
I am in receipt of the complaint filed by *** ("***"), a tenant at Tower 80
Apartments. *** makes two allegations. First, repairs are not made in a timely fashion, and second, a door man released her "personal information to someone"
In response, a thorough search of the maintenance records revealed no requests made by
***. As far as the release of ***'s personal information, door men are not privy to the "personal information" of any tenant. *** never made the management at Tower 80 aware of either issue.
Prior to filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, be aware *** breached her lease with Tower
80 and her tenancy was terminated. Therefore, when analyzing the complaint, please consider any animus *** may have toward Tower 80 Apartments.
