Tow-Decision

Review: I was in a traffic accident. My car was in a main thoroughfare of traffic. I called [redacted], but they were going to take too long to respond, so I was coerced into having Tow Decision Inc. tow my car. They would not tow it to the garage that I wanted it to go to, but they would take it to their lot. I asked my insurance company to then tow the car to the repair shop. Tow Decision Inc. would not release the car to the insurance company. They have delayed the process in getting my car appraised so I can move forward with the repair or insurance process.Desired Settlement: I would like to report this because I feel the towing companies are operating dishonestly by delaying the process and extorting money from insurance companies. I would like my insurance to be reimbursed for the total cost of the towing and storage fees incurred due to the delay caused by Tow Decision Inc.
