Touchstone Imaging

I'm extremely disappointed to find out after the fact that a discounted price could be offered to self paying customers. My husband and I have 6 children and this would have been very helpful. I was basically advised that I didn't express enough of a need for a cheaper rate and since I had already paid for a portion and the the insurance had been presented w/ the amount there were going to bill me, it would be fraudulent for them to assist me at this point. No corrections, credits or adjustments could be made, per the Administrator, Jim. JUST FYI, It's very hard to find the energy to haggle when you're in pain - hence the need for 2 MRIs.
