Owner and equipment operator is a hack. Uses foul language even when kids present, substandard work and verbal threatens people

Just like any other contractor; once they have your money, they ignore your calls.

Touchstone did a decent landscaping job for me in the Greens in Regina. They stated that they would return to do some packing of crusher dust and cleaning off the paving stones (services I paid for).

They have refused to come back and do anything, they ignore phone calls and messages etc.

Be careful dealing with these guys. Good work ethnic, not so great customer service.

The concrete driveway and sidewalk installed at my home by Touchstone Bobcatting Ltd. was substandard and cracked in less than seven months. Mr ***, from Touchstone Bobcatting Ltd., came out and said the driveway and sidewalk would be replaced. However, due to prior commitments, no date was given. In August the City of Regina scheduled repaving and some sidewalk replacement on our crescent. A section of our driveway was removed and replaced to match the grade of the street. During the removal it was noticed that the re-bar was not lifted into the concrete but set directly on the sand. I took pictures and called him, he advised that was not normal practice and the driveway and sidewalk would be replaced. Since not date for this to be done. The following spring we required underpinning to the house and garage. This included a two foot section of the driveway to be removed along with the sidewalk to the front of the house. Additional photo was taken to show the sidewalk re-bar was not lifted into the cement. Again Mr *** came out after this work was done and said Touchstone Bobcatting Ltd. would replace the driveway and sidewalk, but he did not give a date for completion. Since then I have called to trying to get a date. I was told they were working out of the city. Now when I call no one answers. I leave messages with my name and number and no one calls back.
