Failed to complete service at promised date
Dropped off my clothing on Saturday and asked if it could be done by Monday. Was told it would be ready after 6:30pm. I asked if they were going to give me a ticket and they said no, they had my info on my bag. Came by Tuesday and was told the clothes would not be available until Wednesday night. This is not the first time they have failed to have my clothes ready at the time promised.
I would like a partial refund. When I asked what they would do, they offered nothing other than to remind me when the clothes would be available.
