Selected cleaning package from outside pricelist, employee wrote me a ticket for order, went inside to pay and was asked for dollars more than the outside pricelist I asked for an explanation and was told because my Scion xB was considered a truck I asked why and manager told me because the back portion of my car was more spacious then average sedanThe manager then said, "There is a sign right there in front of you." The sign did not distinguish what cars would be considered trucks or oversized and the sign was not posted on the outside sign where you select the cleaning package with the price So I was docked for having more space in the inside of my car because the designers chose to sacrifice the trunk space, but my car is the same size, if not smaller, than the average sedan? Absolutely senseless
