The serviceman called the prior day to reconfirmed our appointment. He then called an hour before his arrival to let us know when he would arrive. He was very thorough taking time to explain each step of the process. After his inspection we were told that our ducts did not need cleaning and he would not right doing work that was not needed but would appreciate our business in the future. I would definitely call them for services in the future.
Totally Clean came out to my house and did my vent cleaning. They did a nice job. Quick, efficient and courteous. I will call them again. A trusted company.
