Total Wireless

I was going to purchase another Apple iPhone on 3/21/22.I was going to use 6000 reward point’s toward my purchase. But I DID NOT purchase it.Total Wireless will not give them back.It take’s many many month’s to even earn reward point’s. I felt it was a slap in the face.. 4 or 5 year’s with them. Purchased 4 or 5 phone!’s,countless Monthly plan’s.And they’re basically like to bad.If I didn’t use them they should give them back.Its a nightmare communicating with them Phone,Chat’s doesn’t matter. Changed one of my line’s phone number’s a couple of week’s ago. Well they gave me a number some one else already had. Not even a Total customer 2 days to get it straighten out. I’m getting so tired of the snotty attitude’s of the Rep’s. Thinking of changing Cell providers.

Be very careful with this companyI'm holding out some hope for a resolution to my concerns, but all the up through the General Service Manager ***, and nothing to address my concernsHorrible, horrific customer service experience so farSpent better part of hours today trying to resolve issues with themagain, so far no luck and will probably result in a full complaint to Revdex.com if not resolved soonIssues: firstthey messed up on phone compatibility when I first tried switching over, costing me money and was an absolute inconvenienceNow, trying to add two lines, they won't allow me to use my existing account credit towards the switch over and are insisting I spend an additional $for three lines when I already have $in account credit! Should also mention, I spent most of the morning talking to less than savvy customer service reps in Columbia, Honduras and the PhilippinesI thought maybe the problem was with the call centers, but frankly, it's the whole culture over there right nowvery not customer friendly in my experience so farBetween both bad customer experiences so far only found two people who even half way understood the rational behind the concern, and only one that even was half way willing to try to make good on itTotal Wireless is a Total Ripoff if this is how they choose to operateVery anti-consumer if this is how they treat the customers who WANT to work with them and WANT to add more linesWould encourage anyone considering Total to Totally check out their "resolved" customer complaints on Revdex.com's websiteyou'll see in both cases (the phone compatibility and the "pay the difference" issue alike) that I am not the only one concerned here about these practicesWould be nice if SOMEONE from this company would listen to the concern and address it head on in a "take ownership" style fit of solution oriented customer service behaviorWell, we'll Totally see if that At All happensSincerely, -Very Frustrated Customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11640439,...

and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
IF they were out business then it most be another total wireless. when I spoke to tech support I asked if they were from California, I cant remember the city and she said yes.  i have attached a image of the company I am referring too.  can we find the correct company, verizon is the parent company I believe.
