Total Waterproofing

They did an amazing job on my patio from start to finish. I had composite wood decking installed over the waterproofing material and it looks amazing. The rooftop patio is right outside my master bedroom and looks like an extension of the bedroom. The wood decking matches my bedroom floors creating a seamless flow from inside to outside. I will be spending a lot more time on my new deck. Total Waterproofing is a stand up company, they have served me well and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am a very particular customer, and Mike and his team were always friendly 7 courteous in spite of my numerous questions. They are detail oriented and do an immaculate job. They are the best!!!!

We really could not have asked for a better contractor than Total Waterproofing! Mike and his team were absolute professionals as they helped us demo and rebuild our 3 water damaged balconies! Their team worked closely with several other contractors we had on the job and they were flexible with scheduling and showed up when they told us they would!
Several times throughout the long project we left a key under the mat for Mike's team to get in the house as they needed...that's how trustworthy these guys are! I called, texted and emailed Mike (owner) at all hours of the day and week and he was quick to respond and NEVER made me feel like I was being a bother. His crews were in constant contact with my husband and they were always more than happy to answer questions and meet if needed. I truly can't say enough about this company and will recommend them to any and everyone that will listen.
Their pricing was competitive, their service was excellent, we LOVE the look of our new balconies, and their 5 year warranty is unmatched! We're thankful for Mike and his great team!
