I am responding to the complaint [redacted] , I spoke to our manager [redacted] *** and this is the story that follow's ** [redacted] rented a 20' chain saw on the 11th of April at 4:pm** [redacted] claims that he tried to call the [redacted] Pastore on the afternoon of April but got no answer Our Stores open from 8am to 5pm on Saturday and 7am to 5pm week days and we also have hrline in case of service problemsIf the saw was dull why did ** [redacted] not call first thing Saturday morning when we opened? ** [redacted] did return the saw on Monday the April 14, he did explain his problem to our store manager when our manager explained our policy the conversation got heated between both partiesThat is not our policy our manager has been reprimanded for this matter [redacted] was totally refunded on this matter on the 14th of April before we had receive this complaintI hope this is a satisfactory account of this incidentIf you have any question's feel free to contact me Thank You, [redacted] General Manager Office ###-###-#### Cell ###-###-#### Email [redacted]
