I spoke with the customer after she took delivery of the itemsShe was very rude and impatient. She was upset that the tables were woodI explained to her that wood tables are the only kind of round tables that we carry, and that is what she was quotedWe transport all of our party items
(including tables) in an enclosed box truckThey are serviced iecleaned and inspected for damage before they leave our facilityThe customer claimed they were wet dirty and had chunks missingThat is untrue, I have attached a picture of one of our 60" round tables so that their quality may be seenI explained to the customer that she was renting tables and they wouldn't be perfectWe typically rent linens with our tables, this customer had her ownI have never once have had a linen snag or rip on any of our tablesOur linens are typically 20-dollars a piece to buy, why would we rent tables that destroyed linens? That doesn't make senseAt the time of our conversation I offered to pick the items back up and give the customer a full refundShe didn't want to do thatShe just wanted a discount
