We booked an load with TQL CA-WA we were told that we will have a pallet fee which can be paid by driver and reinburse it or we can call for a comcheck ,my driver check in for the pick up at 4:00am he decided to pay with his credit card,after pick up we called and advise that we paid the pallet fee,person on the phone confirmed that the pallet fee will be reinburse .
I will mention that we did a perfect job accept trucking/macropoint updates even we delivery load earlier than broker was expecting
right after we delivery the load we sent the BOL and Pallet fee receipt attached ,I didn"t receive any confirmation I called TQL and here the problems came they were saying that on rate con is saying that carrier is in charge for pallet fee ,after that I was told that broker on the load will call me ,I never got a call back
I keep calling them every single day on 11/05 I was told that is too late to reinburse the pallet fee as the load was already invoice ,new day new reason why pallet fee can"t get reinburse
Last time I was told that when I booked the load was mention that we will get reinburse just if we will get pallet out of pick up location(I have no idea how that works ,I was supposed to ask)
broker promised me that he will send recording phone call were I confirmed
I am still waiting on that recorded phone call

The $205.92 pallets fee is being repaid to this carrier. I just emailed Ion directly to inform him same, and also separately emailed him a revised Rate Confirmation with this fee added for him to sign for his records and ours.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I booked Load with *** . The load was supposed to be 25000 lb, but they loaded 45000 lb. Truck had overweight on drive axle. *** said that they will pay for it if driver can move load to be legal . After we fixed the problem They told us that this was driver's fault and they will not pay for anything . This load is not first when we have problem with TQL

We Book a load with TQL on 7/02/19 ,load was scheduled for delivery on 7/05/19
On 7/04/19 we got a call from TQL and we confirmed delivery appointment for 8:00am on 7/5/19.
Driver arrived for delivery but receiver was closed .We sent an email right away to the broker and gave them a call ,we confirmed that receiver is closed and we had to wait till Monday to delivery the load !
After delivery on Monday we called TQL and request detention for 3 days and 2 trips to the delivery! Till 7/10/19 we didn"t got any responses ,we sent an email asking for the status of detention request ,still no answer ,we called a couple of times every time explaining what happened but no action was taken!
Finally we talked with the broker on that load and after 30 min discussing the situation we provide all the arguments and proof we couldn"t solve the problem!At the end of conversation we weren"t agree with broker offer ,broker also is aware that is not a fair rate but his argument was " I am a BROKER not a DRIVER "

The following serves as a response to this Complaint: • 7/24 TQL Carrier Relations received Revdex.com complaint.• 7/24 TQL Carrier Relations called Ion (pronounced ***/***), sent him Detention link, etc. He reported *** at carrier was the one who booked this load with TQL.• 8/1 TQL Carrier Relations worked with Ion & he accepted $600 resolution & a Rate Confirmation was sent & *** electronically signed it.• 8/9 Carrier Invoice with line haul + $600 layover was received by TQL. TQL has resolved this issue with the Carrier and no further action needs to be taken. I signed a load confirmation for a load from Florida to Chapel Hill NC. Driver loaded up and four hours after leaving headed to NC he was called to return with the load because the receiver didn't want the product. The merchandise is still on my flatbed trailer and they will not make provisions for the load to be delivered and does not want to pay for it to be delivered back to Florida
