Total Pavement

we sent a payment of $1200.00 in October and we can't contact them and they still have not even started the work and won't return any calls
On October 16 2019 contracted Florida Total pavement to provide and install 10 speed bumps and two signs for our HOA Walden Vista Dundee Florida we sent them a check on October 16 2019 Then on the middle of December I. Contacted them through multiple phone calls and actually had to use a phone from. Another. Member so they would pick up the phone because I guess they didn't recognize the number I was informed that the speed bumps were on back order this is information I should have Been given before cashing our down payment and also told a time frame when they would be installed Then on Dec 27 I received a text that said the speed bumps would be in the 3rd week of January and they would contact me with an install time well we are in February 2020 no phone calls they won't return any calls so at this point we. Just want them to Install the speed bumps or send us the the down payment back this is where we stand at this time I have not started legal action and am. Hoping it doesn't have to cone to this any help would be appreciated
