Terrible manager! Generally apathetic about problems in their complex unless forced to care. And that's very difficult to do about any issue but money. Classic slumlord and classic slums, with noisy, rowdy, violent tenants (including one drunkard who greeted me while I was moving in by attempting to panhandle me he's threatened me repeatedly for complaining about his late-night wanderings and loud drunken behavior in the courtyard and gotten himself into multiple fistfights with women in the complex, yet inexplicably has STILL not been evicted) and neighbors, chronic bedbug infestations, and a blame-the-person-complaining reflex. I'm moving out, and can hardly wait to improve my life by doing so. I've suffered a broken nose, broken cell phone, stolen belongings, and repeated threats from current residents. Trying to improve the situation by notifying management is useless.
