I called the company to share of this so they could inform me on how to return properly. The phone rings but no one answers, It goes to several numbers with none allowing a voice message to be left. After 9pm EST, the phone clicks off without the ability to leave a message or transfer a call. I sent an email to the contact address. No response after 2 emails. Attempted to call again the only number provided 888 [redacted] (from website). same response. I desire a full refund of $98.62 /////Desired Settlementmake contact with these folks and have them to look me up and track the receipt of the package I returned. It was delivered to their office on 9/14/2015 at 10am. at "front desk reception" I desire a full refund. /////
