My 91 year old grandmother had them "fix" her roof. As soon as it rained it leaked again!! Excuse after excuse to try to get back to check it out. Months and months have gone by. They won't tell her who they got to sub-contract for the roof. My mother and grandmother have called and called with no response. This was at the beginning of the year. It's September now! My grandmother doesn't have the funds to hire someone else. She had all confidence that they would fix it.
