We recan initial complaint from Ms*** and promptly sent a service tech out to inspect her mattress, as required by the manufacturerService Tech, *** ***, determined the bed was not defective as it had no visible impressionAt that time Ms*** stated the mattress was not
comfortable and she didn't like itUpon being told the bed was not defective she contacted me, *** ***, Furniture Manager, and said that it wasn't acceptable that we would not replace the mattress and told me she never said it was uncomfortableI told her that until and unless it had a visible body impression of 1-3/inches a warranty claim could not be filedShe promptly hung up on meShe then contacted the manufacture on her own and told them we refused to service her and asked for them to exchange or refundShe was asked to forward pictures of her mattress and the manufacture again told her the mattress was not defectiveShe then began a social media assault trying to force the issue and was again told nothing could be done until it met warranty criteria We have made every attempt to appease Ms*** but to no availIn order to maintain our excellent standing with the Revdex.com we have contacted her and will be picking up the set of bedding and issuing a refund of $upon pick up of said set of bedding as we do not wish to continue to do business with her. She was contacted by her salesperson today, 9/22/15, and informed of thisShe told us she would contact us when she found a replacement and schedule the pick up of bedding setWill inform you once the transaction is complete.Sincerely,*** ***Total Home Center
