On 3/1, I was charged the wrong amount of $1,595. They refunded $250 but was supposed to be $1,250.
On 3/1, my appointment was for botox and filler. There was only time for the botox but upon checking out I was charged for both totaling $1,595 which I immediately brought to their attention. The lady at the desk did not know how to do the refund so she needed another to do it who she said was on break. Later that day I received a message stating the refund had been made. It wasn't until my credit card statement arrived that I realized they credited me $250 instead of $1,250.00. I was assured that the correct amount would be submitted and that is part of why the delay in filing as I thought we had it worked out. Now, I call and call and continue to get the run around from the members of the team saying I must submit more information, I must talk to another person, I leave messages and send emails and no one will contact me back. This is just so discouraging.
Refund of the remaining $1,000
We were surprised and disappointed to learn of Case # *** filed with you in November. Our relationships with our clients is extremely important to us, as is the satisfaction of our customers. We had multiple conversations with the complainant, both by phone and through email, regarding this event. Ultimately, we agreed to refund her the entire $1,000 that she was seeking, even though we do not admit any wrongdoing nor do we agree with her account of the situation.
We had our final conversation with the complainant about 4 weeks ago and cut her a check in the amount of $1,000 during our next check cycle, on Nov 23, 2018. That check was mailed the same day.
To this date, the complainant has not cashed the checked. We have reached out to her to inquire if she has received the check, but as of today, she has not responded.
We considered the situation resolved once we had the phone conversation advising that we would refund the full amount she was seeking and the customer agreed that this was a satisfactory resolution. We will call or email her again to inquire if she has received the check. Our intention is to provide her with the full refund she has requested and bring this situation to a close.
