This company is very reliable. I have never had a cancled appointment. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is easy and convenient. Tony A has been working with me. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. He is very patient and insightful. He helps me navigate through the tough time and I feel great when I have good news to share. I like how he makes me see my little victories as triumphs. He helps me live in the now and prepare for the future instead of just letting the future happen to me. This place has changed my life for the better, and I plan on continuing my sessions.

Upon initially reviewing information on this company, I was excited to seek out services. I emailed asking about psychological evaluations and emotional support animal letter service, as I was contemplating receiving a psych eval and, if I did have a mental illness, asking my therapist to write me an ESA letter because I would love to incorporate my pets as part of my treatment. When writing the business, the response was that I would have to pay for each separately - $250 for a bio/psycho/social exam, and $150 for an ESA letter which includes a 1-hour evaluation and then the actual letter if qualified. This makes no sense to me, because I'd already be paying at least $250 to receive the evaluation - the only sense that I can make of this is that the company is money-hungry. If your customers are already paying for an exam, don't make them pay a second time to receive the same evaluation. For example, if I received a diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder, you are telling me that I should pay $150 to be told I have anxiety.....again? Just for the letter? I will not be getting services at this type of establishment. I'd rather put my money to a place that truly cares.
