On January 29, I ordered a Total Gym FitSince I have made this order, money has been taken from my accountI have NOT received my orderAccording to the email I received from Total Gym dated January 29, at 9:AM CST, my “credit card will not be billed until your order ships.” In addition, my email from Total Gym also stated that I would receive a confirmation emailI have not received any word from Total Gym since I placed my order and a payment was withdrawn out of my accountI have tried calling repeatedly all week, only to get a busy signalI am deeply disappointed in Total Gym for their lack of customer service and lack of communicationI thought Total Gym was a reputable companyI guess I was mistakenBasically, Total Gym has stolen money from my accountIf I do not get confirmation from Total Gym by 5:00pm EST today that my order has been shipped, along with a tracking number, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and have Total Gym charged with deceptive business practices and theftVery Disappointed!

I have spoken with Ms ***,. We discussed setting up a call tag via *** on 1/23. *** will pick up the unit on Tuesday , January 27. Ms ***'s account with us will be refunded any monies paid onto her account and balance will be cancelled.

The open balance on customers order is $193.91? the amount disputed.? ? Customer received a discount which was applied when order was processed.? ? for the XLS unit, customers order paid would be 679.66.? ? The 20% discount would be for future payments.?
? Double discounts are not offered on current purchases,? however future coupons are sent out and offered.? ? The price paid into the unit at this time is $485.75.? new system on Feb 4th and her? account came over into the new system.? Billing started? according to previous payment schedule.? ? We were made aware of this error on 3/from customer.? ? The return for credit was issued on 3/and the refund of $was credited back to her credit card on 3/11.? ? ? ? Again we sincerely apologize for this oversight,?
