Customer purchased a used Van on February 24, with 88,milesThe condition of the Van was in great condition, except for a few minor details on outside mirrors that needed repairs, which we repairedA few months after purcahse, the customer stated slippage concerns with the transmission, (going in forward gears)We went the extra mmile and took the vehicle to the local Chrysler Dealership and they told us there were no issuesFive (5) months from the purchase date, the reverse went out on the vehicleEven though there was not a warranty on this Van, I still sent my mechanic to their house (which was approximately minutes away) to help check out their concerns Please let us know if further infromation is required Thank you very much for your support in this matter Sincerely, [redacted] ***, Owner

Five (5) months from the purchase date, the reverse went out on the vehicle.
