Review: I programed the Total Defense Premium Internet Security in my new widows 10 computer ,There was a problem with the Activation code in the package?! I had to call customer service ,to see what the problem was. Right , after they had to have the tech. and customer service on the phone at the same time they activated the program. An hour later someone From India, calls my House phone telling me someone is trying to access my computer .I do not know how the Indian person got my House number this is a new number. So during the time I was connected to Total Defense I was being monitor .Now every week someone from India is calling my number, trying to gather my personal info.Desired Settlement: 1 # I truly fill that Total Defense has some sort of scam going. Why because I had the right Activation Code for one,

2 #I had to call them three times for them to have the program to activate.

3 #Why all of a sudden after dealing with them I'm getting calls from India

4 # I want the $ 44.99 my money back .

5 # That means to me Total Defense doesn't work, it's just on my computer
