I am responding to this complaint. Which is totally wrong. Our gift certificates or gift cards have an expiration date since we open in this location and in all of our past businesses locations (8 in total throughout NJ 40 years in business) When a gift certificate is issued has one year expiration...

date and is stated in front of the gift certificate .This particular one was purchased on July 2013 the expiration date was July 2014 ....customers presents the certificate on September 2015 ( 2 years from purchase date) she knew it was deeply expired! I couldn't accepted because it was too far back from our rules for expiration dates on gift certificates .She has one year to use it and is something that was known because is in front of certificate. and after two years of issuance a long time has passed.This gift certificate was purchased in person and printed in front of buyer (not online we hardly sale any Gift cert.online), they knew has an expiration date. In other store operates like this, gift card a in any retail has an expiration date. Sorry rules are the same to everyone.
