Tortoise Cleaning

I hired Maria M, who claims she owns Tortoise Cleaning LLC to clean my house. She and 5 of her workers came to do a deep cleaning on Monday October 5, 2020. After they left, I noticed many things were not done that she said they would do, such as sweeping and mopping the bathrooms. I later opened my stove to cook to find out she had ran the self cleaning oven cycle with a cast iron skillet left inside as well as the oven racks still inside and a very clear label that says to remove oven racks during self cleaning cycle. The pan was completely burned and covered in ash and the oven racks were burned and warped. I asked about filing with her insurance company to cover the cost of what was damaged and she said no, it would be easier for her to just replace them. She is now refusing to replace them by saying she's returning the burned ones to my house and I can do whatever I want with them. I clarified that she wasn't going to replace them which she exclaimed "No!" and said I am taking advantage of her because she only agreed she would replace the oven racks and not the burned pan. I began looking into her business more and found out she has not had a business license since 2019 and also does not have insurance like she claimed. She is illegally operating her business and has caused damages in my home.
