When I asked to speak with a manager the would not give me the managers name and told me to look it up on Google. What scam!
I don’t know what I would have done with out her. She helped me with everything and went above and beyond even after my claim was completed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company if all their employees are like Angela!😃
After acknowledging what documentation we required and sending it to this company my refund was denied per the attached letter I contacted the Torque Group on June 26th to question what was necessary to file for my $ refund I spoke with Hanna [redacted] and was told to provide conformation that there were no claims, Bill of Sale, Refund Agreement, Copy of my Drivers License, Proof of Ownership Per Torque, I submitted all of the above I followed up this conversation with Toni (extension***) who confirmed what was needed All documentation was sent via UPS I followed up to confirm receipt and the company told me they had received everything and that they would contact me if they needed anything else During each of these first two calls I provided both my VIN number and contract number Each time the Torque representative acknowledged the contract (attached) On 8/I received a notice stating that they could not refund my money (per the contract) because they h

I think torque is a *** scam Bought this warranty a year ago First time I need it they turn claim down It's *** Do not buy !!!!
