They have 0 customer service and treat customers like they are unwanted nuisances with super high levels of sarcasm. I bought a *** bong and banger got home and the nail is missing and the banger does not fit.
Sent an e-mail with pics to them no response 24 hrs later. I also phoned them when I got home to tell them to look for the lost nail on the counter but the guy on the phone did not seem to care told me to email them. I was sold this by a sales person that looked to be 18 years old and talked down to me and double charged me for an item when I pointed it out she told me to breath ***? ***.Now I have to spend $650 on the TTC and 3 hrs to go back to get the right stuff when I was hoping they could mail it to me.
