The product/service is for a club crawl for Halloween which gives access to clubs such as ***, ***, and ***, for October 25th 2019. Cost if $25/ Person. I ordered 3 for myself *** $75 total.
The instructions were to receive our wristbands at *** prior to 11pm.
On Oct 25th, we came to *** at 10:45pm but the people at front said to go to another club, *** to get our wristband. We did not find anyone there. ***
The instructions said we have until 11pm to *** to get our wristbands. Even if that was not the case, we tried meeting at *** but no solution. I tried calling and texting (as per instructions if we could not find the person)
We did not end up getting our wristbands so could not get into any of the clubs which was a very stressful experience.
I tried calling and texting *** (their contact #) to ask for a refund, but no response. I tried emailing and calling multiple times and no response.
I worry that I may not be the only complaint.
