Toronca Fences and Decks

In August 2016, we have Toronca built our backyard fence. In early July 2018, we discovered the nails are beginning to expose, detach from the wood and clearly visible in many parts of the fence around the backyard. Contract clearly stated 5 years workmanship warranty. We called Toronca numerous times for the repair. Sometimes there are no answers. Sometimes, there is a person named *** picked up the phones and promised to come by in few days. But no one ever show up. This process has been repeated many times throughout the entire summer. Here is the tracking list of phone calls and text messages that we made to Toronca. Photos were also sent to them via text messages to show them of the repair needed.

We are completely ignored by Toronca. Such customer service is unacceptable. The fence is less than 2 years old and we can see signs of poor workmanship as nails are falling apart.

I signed a contract with Mr ***, to build a Wooden deck for me in the backyard Deck is 18X12 plus 8X 5. Its a two story deck. The total value of contract was $5400 + taxs.
The contract was signed on 3/8/2017. The deck was built and payment of $5000/ -was made on 22/09/2017 ***. This is the best I can read the date. The deck has nails coming out of it and stairs risers are too high (about 10 inches or more). and the railing was coming out and not parallel to each other . In one place its more about 5" distance between rails. There is also railing coming out and some nails totally exposed. There is a gap from the house to the deck and also its possible that not sufficient support is used. the deck at one point is 18 ft and there are only cement support at the end of the deck. It was built last year. Last year and this year, I have placed several calls to owner to fix the issues and he said he will come by but never came.
I called others for repair and one of the contrators has suggested to start over again instead of fixing the deck, since this is a job very poorly done and *** done. The quality is extremely poor. I was also suggested that no nails should have been used and only screws should have been used in the top part of the deck. The next contractor I call is also going to charge me for taking it apart and putting a new one.
