To begin with, I feel I should specify some details that Mr. [redacted] left out. The mask [redacted] ordered was a custom piece, made specifically larger than the original in the photograph he included. When contacting me about the commission initially, he was informed that it would be a minimum of 6-8...

weeks for the mask to be made and shipped, as I was already backed up with commissions and prepwork for two major conventions. He was never given an exact ship date, as with custom maskmaking, there's often delays or other issues on custom work causing it to be delayed further. Mr [redacted] then proceeded to email weekly, sometimes daily, and sometimes multiple times per day to inquire as to the status of his order- when it got to the point that his constant inquiries were getting in the way of having any available time to work on his piece, I informed him so, and requested that he stop harassing me on such a constant basis for status updates. He continued with the e-mails. April 22nd and 23rd, he was informed with pictures of the final stages of work on his mask (see the attached email transcripts and image files), and on the same day, he would have received the automated shipping notice from [redacted] that his order was being shipped out to him. [redacted] tracking information can be made available on request. In addition to his Revdex.com complaint, he started chargeback proceedings yesterday- clearly as an attempt to keep both the mask (which is still en route to him) and his money. I've dealt with fraud cases like this before, but this is the first time they've reported anything to the Revdex.com in the process. Needless to say, I suggest you dismiss the complaint.
