Roof replacement completed on May X XXXX is not performing as expected Water leaks from roof by not entering the rain gutter
We have asked for a follow up visit on February 27,again on May 4, Now the contractor will not only answer the phone but does not return my call I have tried many times over the past weeks without success Water leaks from places well back from the edge of the roof
