I place a work order on January 13 2020 and I would call and call for them to send someone out here to fix my ac and then on January 14 2020 someone came but they just turn off my ac and couldn’t do anything about they said till the morning ... & then on January 15 2020 he came in the morning he clean the ac inside but still isn’t cooling it’s still kinda hot in our rooms do to the ac not being at the right temperature when it blows out the air ... I feel they should of made sure it had Freon and stuff so it can blow the right temperature out of the vents but it isn’t !!! We always have problems with our ac and is that it’s suppose to be a new unit ac which I don’t see how if it’s always breaking I want this ac fix ASAP !!!
