Purchased a product in November, it came with missing parts and when I tried to contact them, they did not answer. I have contacted them over 30 times via email, telephone and website with no answer. My messages have now been blocked and they refused to provide good customer service. I was advised I had 7 days to return, however they do not answer their phone.
Bought a ride on kids toy car from these guys, received it damaged and the car didnt go forward or backwards. The process of purchase and shipping were the only easy things , I called them after receiving the product to notify it was damaged , they told me they'll send me a shipping label and refund my money upon receiving their damaged product back. I never received the shilling label, called them about 15 times. Sent a few emails , but they never replied . I spent over $200 on this toy . I some how soldered the wiring on and got this toy working but absolute *** service on their behalf .

Toptech Factory was great at returning my phone calls and emails and on their online chat service immediately when I was first making my purchase of an electric motorcycle and also when I purchased additional batteries. I was told that I would receive the bike in 3 weeks. Once the three week mark passed I attempted to contact Toptech factory several times leaving phone messages, emails and messages on their chat. Nobody got back to me for two weeks. The guy I spoke too had plenty of excuses but assured me I would receive my bike June 7/19- today. I have not received an email saying it has been shipped. It is now going on 6 weeks since I ordered the bike. Again today I made multiple phone calls and left messages, sent emails and on their chat. No answer and no one got back to me. I want to cancel my order but cannot do so unless they get back to me. I will never purchase another item from Toptech Factory.
On Feb 1, 2019 I purchased From Top Tech website a *** 6v Electric Scooter. Funds in the amount of $1735.00 were paid via direct deposit to their bank. The Scooter was to be shipped to my address in New Brunswick. After several weeks the bike did not arrive so I contacted Top Tech but it was impossible to get anyone to talk to me. I eventually called local Police and Cst. *** of Saint John Police helped me. He was able to reach Top Tech and a Scooter was sent. The Scooter arrived but there were problems. The scooter was not fully assembled and many screws were resting at the bottom of the packaging. More importantly the Scooter did not work (no power at all even though batteries are charged). All efforts to seek help from Top Texh have gone unanswered. I have called them every day for two weeks, I have emailed them and I have sent message on *** but no reply's. I would like to be able to return this Scooter for a full refund. The Scooter is not operational and is not safe given its poor assembly.

Given how poorly the Scooter is assembled (brakes not working, 14 screws and bolts came on floor of packaging, no foot rest, no power, no seat lock)...and given there is absolutely no customer care from top Tech I feel *** and wish to get my money sack so that I can shop elsewhere.
I ordered an e-bike from the Top Tech Factory on Feb. 21, 2019. I was told that the e-bike would be delivered in approx. 5 days. as of today, March 26, 2019, the bike has not arrived at my residence. It has been difficult to reach them by phone since they rarely answer it. When I do manage to talk to them, they keep saying that it will arrive shortly. They do have a store front, because I visited it last Friday to see if I could make any headway to get my bike. The store was closed and the next door business that I talked to said that they are rarely there.

Send bike or refund my money.
I purchased 2 motorized bikes for my children for Christmas from this company with the guarantee that they would be delivered before Christmas. One day before Christmas they still had not contacted me regarding my purchase (totalling $375.26) and would not answer their phones. I have since left several messages requesting my refund and I have heard nothing from them. I no longer want these items as they were meant to be for Christmas, I just need my refund ASAP.
I simply want my $375.26 to be refunded to my account.

On July 6th/18 I ordered and paid for a *** scooter from Top Tech Factory. It arrived here on Sept. 4th, almost two months after it was ordered. At that time *** said it would be several week. Anyway it arrived, delivered by ***. There were no instructions with it, nor a manual. My brother, who is mechanically inclined, put the front tire on, but when plugged in to the charger, it did not charge. *** informed me that there was "nothing to it". We thought it might be the charger itself, but I took it to *** and they said it worked. In order to lift the seat up, the unit must be charged.
After MANY phone calls and messages, I was sent a manual by email. It is a very poor translation from Chinese and was not helpful at all.
*** informed me that because we live in Regina there is no way or no where to get it repaired at their cost. The other alternative is to pay for crating and shipping and send it back from New Brunswick where it was shipped from. And then who knows? would we get our money back? In other words the year warrantee is of no value to us. This was not told to me at the time I ordered it. There are always many excuses: a shipment was stolen, "I sent the tracking number", (never got it), I'll have our engineers look at the charger( he asked me to take and send pictures of the charger, which I did). Then,"they are very busy". One can see that the screen is not lit up. How hard is that?
For the past week I have tried to contact ***, but the mail box is full.
We want our money returned and would like to return the scooter at Top Tech's expense. What can we do?
After order ing and receiving *** scooter on July 3, 2028, it quickly ws obvious that my husband couldn't handle the weight. Further more, there was something wrong with the seat mechanism where all the good are stored. We were successfully in opening it just once. We wanted to return it and that's where the nightmare started. The company ignore our emails, phone callS and even Canada Post cannot seem to be able to delivery a registered letter asking them for their return policy.
