I called WC Wright to obtain an estimate of adding a vent in my kitchen to the attic. [redacted], the guy responsible for giving estimates, was over 2 hours late and never called to advise my tenants of this. In fact, I had to call 3x because on the first call I was told he was "on his way" and one hour later, still a no show. When he did show, he took a quick walk through the house without looking in the kitchen. My tenant called to advise that he hadn't even gone in the kitchen so I called [redacted] to ensure that he understood my request (& if he didn't ask him to go back to my house) but he was with another customer. When he called back, his quote was for a new air conditioning unit! Dumbfounded, I said well that's great but what's the cost for the vent. He gave me an estimate and told me he would email it to me. 3 wks later, I have not received one so I called and spoke with him last week and he said he would find the quote and call me back by EOD. Nothing.
