We have a dog that takes pills everyday. We found it was easy to use Tops anti pasta salad, until the deli started adding onions and green peppers to the mix. At $6.99 a pound, over 1/3 of it is peppers and onions! Very expensive salad! Even after requesting them to try to limit the peppers! They get real mushy and soggy the next day . What a rip off! Cheaper to buy a pound of meat and cheese and make my own! Deli person blames it on corporate, says they changed the recipe and no one has forwarded our complaint.

The Customer was contacted by the Tops Director of Food Safety The stores was determined and the Store Manager will issue both a refund and a $Gift Card

The stores was determined and the Store Manager will issue both a refund and a $25.00 Gift Card.

An email was sent to Ms. [redacted] apologizing for her inconvenienc and requesting the store location in which she purchased the mentioned product.
Once I receive the store location, the Store Manager will contact Ms. [redacted] to resolve her complaint.

Store Manager Andy W. was able to contact the shopper and discuss the complaint details with her.  He assured her that he would be taking care of the concerns she brought to our attention about the actions of our associate.
The shopper was satisfied with the resolution.
