I am not happy with Hampshire Labs I paid for goods and never received the product As per their request, I sent them a copy of the cashed Canada Post Money Order & Tracking number I e-mailed a lady by the name of Gwen Larue who is advising she did not see me in their system at all After several & continuous e-mails to her to get my money back, with no response, I gave up on the follow up and realized this was possibly a scam PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I DO BELIEVE IT WAS A SCAM Robert Brunet

I ordered several herbal supplements from this company under differing names (Worldwide Herbals, and Natural Earth Supplements), and in each case, I was totally dissatisfied with the results (neither worked as advertised When I called, their automated response indicated they would only reimburse for unused product There was no way to speak to a representative
This was directly opposite of what their Diet Detox ads promised (I will send you copies if desired)both of which guaranteed weight loss, and stated, "you are not buying anything, you are simply trying it" and "you get a 100% full and immediate refund of your purchase price with no questions asked when you return it within days You risk nothing with our famous day plus $money back guarantee"
The other ad (for ViCanna) was worded the same way," if you're not satisfied, we'll send you a full refund", and "just send it back for a prompt and full refund of the purchase price"
