We have read the concern of *** *** on his Google review, YELP and through the Revdex.com. We have been operating at this location for years and this is our first complaint as we strive for complete customer satisfaction.It should be noted that our store has a day warranty on all
types of repairs with no additional cost to the customerThis professional courtesy was extended to Mr*** when he brought his HTC Mphone in for a screen repair. He was satisfied with the repair but returned approximately weeks later indicating that he believed the screen was lifting. In fact at this time, the frame on his phone was bent which was causing the lifting issue..(not due to adhesive or the repair.) As a professional courtesy, our lead technician obtained an authorization to replace the frame, which was not part of the original repair, free of cost
We have provided a screen repair in addition to fixing unrelated issues with his phone that were not part of his original paid repair. We went above and beyond to satisfy this customer., including free labor and parts on unrelated issues But after informing the customer that no further financial concession could be offered, we started receiving a plethora of star reviews on social media
