Review: I went online to www.topweddinggear.com and ordered 25 candles on 11/09/14 for a Christmas party. The party was in December and I have still not received my candles (today is 12/18/14). I received an email stating that they received my payment the day I ordered them. I have called them 2-3 times and have not heard back from them. Once I was able to talk to a "customer service representative" and she said she would email me back about my order but that never happened. The other time I called, I left a message and no one has called me back. I have also written emails to them but they never go through and my email sends back a "Delivery Notification Notice Failure" email to me. I can not contact them on their website either because their "Contact Us' webpage loads nothing but a blank white page after submitting my information and message to them. Their links to popular sites like Facebook also load nothing more than my own Facebook.Desired Settlement: I believe this company to be fake and I want my money back and them (Topweddinggear.com) stopped from further scamming. They owe me $38.24.
