I am rejecting this response because: In response to *** *** response that he submitted on April 4, 2018, please consider the following: (1) *** *** statement that he cleaned up the job site and that he does this for all of his jobs, is
inaccurate. Please see the enclosed text messages. In response to the following question: “Are you coming back to clean off the driveway?” *** *** responded: “No sir. The rain will clean it off tomorrow. We are not a cleaning service and that is not something we do.”(2) I was absolutely not upset that *** *** contacted his insurance company about my claim. I was pleased to hear that he had done so, as he and his company clearly have liability (3) My letter to *** *** clearly states the total damages he caused. My attorney’s letter to him only attaches the granite estimate. The total amount of damages is estimated at $3,213.32. (4) Consumers need to be informed and aware that *** *** and his business do not take responsibility for their mistakes and the damage they cause. (5) *** *** is correct that I stopped payment on my $1,831.92payment to his business, due to the damage he clearly caused. Thus, when $1,is subtracted from $3,213.32, the number I arrive at is $1,
