Review: After consulting with my attorney, I have requested the termination of my contract with Top-To-Bottom Construction due to the following:1-Failure to start the work as agreed and indicated on the contract to be three days after signing said contract. The contract was signed on 05-30-2013. Up to the date of 07-28-2013, no work, whatsoever, has been done or performed on my home2-Failure of the field-representative to provide a starting & finishing dates for the repairs even though I made this request five separate times in our e-mail correspondence, three times over the phone, and three times in person!3-Failure to provide details regarding their intentions to request more funds from my insurance provider resulting in an amount of $3875.32 to be added to the bill! I only knew about this through a phone message by my insurance adjusterI have many projects yet to be completed for the maintenance of my home. I am running out of time to finish them because I keep getting reassured that work will begin soon, preventing me from doing my own work because. Two months have gone by and I could have finished all my home repairs by now, instead, I may not be able to finish this year because of the unjustified work delay by Top To Bottom Construction. Some roofing-materials have been delivered to my drive-way on 07-27-2013 without prior knowledge or instructions. The delivery-driver was instructed to leave the load on my driveway, which would have caused more problems for me. Luckily, I was home at the time and gave him new instructions on where to leave the load. The plywood had no covering or protection against water-damage from rain. I took the liberty of providing such covering myself.I also requested the return of my deposit in the amount of $2439.94 and have not received it yet!Desired Settlement: The return of my deposit in the amount of $2439.94 ASAP
