It is RARE to engage a company of any type that completely satisfies its customers David Hall started our experience by being on time for our first appointment and subsequently to do the work On one day, after a truck broke down, David himself (and his wife and Chief Administrative Officer Mandy) came to complete a task after working hours the same day it was promised to be sure Top Tier stayed on schedule Every crew member and all office personnel were upbeat, pleasant, and were focused on delivering the service I requested in an excellent manner It was refreshing to hear the office staff praising David and Mandy for their attitudes and their desire to be excellent I actually served as a "broker" for three jobs: my sister's and two of my neighbors' Top Tier delivered the same excellent quality on all three tasks They achieved their goal!
On two of the jobs, unusual root growths created issues with grinding the stumps "Two" of stumps actually consisted of two HIGH MOUNDS created by the convergence of four (4) tree trunks in "each" stump These were initially ground lower than normal However, after removing the debris on and below the surface, additional unusually large roots still existed David immediately had the additional roots removed at no additional cost A rarity indeed!
When I had trees removed from my lot previously, although I was assured the grass would be protected, it was not Hugh ruts were left in my yard For a small additional fee, David agreed in the beginning to protect the yards on Top Tier's jobs The crews did exactly what David instructed them to do No damage was done to the yard
I extend my congratulations and thanks to a hard-working, dedicated owner and his company They were superb in their performance, positive attitudes, and dedication! It was a pleasure working with ALL of them
