Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have been hearing the same thing week after week, month after month? The roof is not the only thing that need repairingThere is also repairs to be done inside the home as well? My husband submitted the first complaint and I submitted the second complaint because the issue has not been resolved? We have been more than patient and sick of excuses? If you are unable to do the job, refund us what is fair so we can get a company who is reliable.? Regards, [redacted] h

Signed contract, their solar panel company removed solar panels and couldn't put them back on for a monthWe were ready when we signed contractThen numerous interior leaking projects came up and my uncle scheduled the leaky projects firstWhen I explained everything to *** *** he got upset
cause he had to pay for electricity more out of his pocketI offered to pay the difference and he didn't careHe was calling and wanting to text while I was driving and constantly being disruptiveI explained he needed to relax and he ended up getting so heated that he threatened me physicallyHe even tried to rush things by calling police to the house cause of the extra electrical fees.I spoke to his wife recentlyWe are planning jobs this week in the area as the weather permits.I'll call her now
