I hired this company for a bi-weekly yard service at my house. Terms and conditions of the verbal contract were agreed on by Josh ***, the company owner, and myself. Josh would provide a bi-weekly yard service for $150 a month payments due no later then the 15th of each month. On December 6, 2019 I paid for the month of December in full. The first visit was scheduled for December 6th and the second visit was scheduled for December 20. Josh did not show up for the second visit. There was no communication to inform me as to why service already paid for was not preformed on the scheduled date. Josh then told me he would come out on December 26 or the 27th. He again failed to show up. Josh again rescheduled a visit for January 3, 2020 he again failed to show up. I decided to end services with Josh *** due to his inability to preform service he received payment for. Since Josh had cleaned my yard on December 6 I asked Josh for half my payment of $150 he said it would take up to 30 days to issue me a refund. I have not heard anything from Mr. since January 6, 2020 when I asked for a refund. All attempts to contact Josh *** on February 10 and February 11 to collect the refund of $75 have been unsuccessful.
