To whom it may concern, Hello my name is [redacted] and I’m the owner of Top Ten Waxing & Nail Spa. I’m writing to you today regarding a complaint. I’d like to notify that the day of the incident, my employees had done what they knew would be best. I was out of town the day of and couldn't be contacted. The gift cards of 2013 were from our old location at [redacted]. We have recently moved location to [redacted] with new gift cards. With that being said, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We would love for our customers to return and receive their service.
