Please, please, please, if you have had any dealings with them, please leave a review, submit a Revdex.com scam tracker, file with FTC, Yelp, Google, etc. They have used website toptechwhole.com, as well as toplaptopdeals.com.

I was one of the innocent victims, except that I paid by credit card but have not yet paid for it and have filed a dispute. I wish someone would do something about this guy, he just keeps reopening websites.
