Mr. sold and installed a water softener to my father. Shortly after the installation there were issues with a toilet. Charcoal had clogged the water lines throughout the home. Mr. stated it was not from the softener and also stated that the softener water does not go through the toilet lines which is inaccurate. We called a plumber and confirmed that the charcoal was from the softener and the water lines run throughout the house which brought charcoal to all of the plumbing fixtures. I do not trust this person and feel that he took advantage of my father and sold him a system that he did not need in the amount of $2800!!
