I had seen a Top Notch Roofing truck in my neighborhood, working on homes in the South-East Rockford area who had suffered hail damage, and asked my insurance company to inspect my own roof After finding similar damage to my home, Top Notch was able to inspect, tear out and replace my roof with all new architectural shingles in a very short time Their team did a great job and my home looked fantastic with the new roof The assessor was very knowledgable and their rates were fair They didn't build in additional costs that proved to be unnecessary, and provided plenty of time for final payment while our insurance claim was processed by our mortgage company Overall, I'm very pleased with the work that Top Notch did at our home

From start to finish Top Notch was above and beyond Bader (the owner) was very professional, came to our house and we went over everything Crew was magnificent and very conscious of everything including personal detail to cleaning up afterward Baders helpful suggestion on choosing the right shingle color and style for the house was amazing there were high winds after he installed our roof and he personally drove out to check the roof (all was okay) Highly recommend Top Notch and once you talk to him and see how knowledgeable, courteous and sincere he is I know you won't be disappointed.....thanks Top Notch and crew
I had "Top Notch" replace my roof on my house in the summer of I have nothing but positive things to say about "Top Notch" They were on time, polite, and very hard working They had my old roof tore off and the new roof on in one day They cleaned up around the house after they left and would not of even know they were there except for the change in roof color I would highly advise using "Top Notch" for your next roofing project

One hour later he personally was at the house working to fix the leakAfter looking at the roof he felt there was a chance he could repair it with chalking the flashing around the chimney for a very modest costHe said there was a good chance chalking would work but if that didn't stop the leak there was a little more extensive repair that could be doneThe next heavy rainfall we still had a very small leak, so I called Bader to schedule the larger repairHe was very prompt, dependable and cost competitive!
