Top Notch Gutters & Downspouts

Review: Roof and gutters were done. Have had leaks, poor leaf guards and indoor plaster damage to poor quality. The roofer from [redacted] roofing and Top notch gutter who worked together had guarantees on labor and product. After the work was done... Never have I been able to contact them again.Desired Settlement: I want in contact with them and his partner at [redacted] roofer to discuss this to rectify my problem with the roof.
